O projektu

V realizaci je akcentovaná vizualita historického domu, kterou architekti dále doplnili o nové vstupy. Celková rekonstrukce změnila dispozici z 2+1 na 2kk a jádrem bytu se nově stal světlý obývací pokoj propojený s kuchyní, u nějž byl kladen důraz na jeho elegantní vizuální propojení s ložnicí v zadním traktu.
I když se jedná o menší byt, díky promyšlenému přístupu architektů poskytuje svým obyvatelům odpovídající komfort. Výsledné vzdušné atmosféry dosáhli architekti především díky působivým průhledům skrze místnosti. V celém bytě jsou pak jasně definovány jak velkorysé společné prostory, tak i intimnější části. Co má být vizuálně skryto, je barevně staženo do bíla, naopak to, co má být zvýrazněno, je akcentováno materiály a barevností. Tato materiálová a koncepční hra tvoří kulisu pro současné potřeby investorů a nechává vyniknout výhledy na střešní panorama Vršovic, které díky pásovým oknům vstupují přímo do interiéru.

The visuality of the historic house is emphasized in the realization, which the architects further supplemented with new entrances. The complete reconstruction changed the layout and the center of the flat is now a light living room connected to the kitchen, with emphasis on its elegant visual connection with the bedroom in the rear wing.
Even though it is a smaller flat, thanks to the thoughtful approach of the architects, it provides its residents with adequate comfort. The architects achieved the resulting airy atmosphere mainly thanks to the impressive views through the rooms. Both generous living
areas and more private quarters are clearly defined throughout the apartment. What is to be visually hidden is drawn in white, while the counter points are accentuated by materials and colors.
This material and the conceptual game forms the stage set for the current needs of investors and allows for the views of the roof panorama of Vršovice, thus entering the interior directly thanks to the sash windows.
