Rekonstrukce fary v Bubenči

O projektu

Vizí architekta bylo původní stavbu očistit, nechat vyznít barokní objem a nově požadované funkce umístit s maximální ohleduplností. Toho docílil pouhým dotekem skleněných konstrukcí přístaveb k původní stavbě. Jedna ukrývá toalety, druhá foyer a kancelář faráře. Při stavbě byly používány původní řemeslné postupy, jak se na kulturní památku sluší. Na moderních přístavbách jsou pak použity věčné materiály, jako sklo, mramor a nerez.
Přestvba byla společenstvím církve okamžitě vřele přijata a získala i respekt autorit v oboru architektury.

The architect´s vision was to clear the original building so that the baroque impression could be highlighted and allow for utmost attention when placing the newly required functionalities. He achieved this through a simple touch of placing glass construction extentions to the original building. One of them was used for the toilets and the other one serves as a foyer and an office for a priest. During the construction work original craft procedures were used as it is expected for a cultural sight. In the modern extentions enduring materials such as glass, marble and stainless steel were used.
The reconstruction was immediately very well received by the church community and it gained respect from authorities in the field of architecture.
